Chocolate Willem 10″ Cold Foam Futon Mattress

I was a bit apprehensive to order a mattress online and carefully read all reviews on the several options under consideration. In the end, we went with this mattress and it did not disappoint. I was nervous about the quality due to the price as so many others were far more expensive. We bought the queen, it is very heavy! It went on the futon no problem and it is incredibly comfortable. The mattress is very good quality and well made. It looks great on our new futon. Overall, completely satisfied with our purchase!Given the weight of the queen size mattress, expect to need 2 people to navigate the futon from bed to couch position. Converting from couch to bed wasn’t an issue.

This mattress is awesome. I got the tan color and it is lovely. After about 24 hours it fluffed up. Super comfy to sit on to read or watch TV. Is does take 2 people to get it to bend to fold into a couch. Thrilled with my purchase!

It came earlier than me expected by like 4 days. It is super comfy. It’s soft yet firm. I have a really bad back with my scoliosis and it has made a huge difference in my back pain. I also suffer from just general chronic pain throughout my body and it has made a significant difference in that too. I don’t wake up nearly as sore as I used to. Now mind you I don’t have it on a frame I just have it on the floor so I don’t know what it would be like on a frame. But it is super thick and doesn’t flatten out very easily so I would imagine it would be great on a frame. I honestly can say it was well worth the money. If I had choose between this and a spring Mattress I would 110% choose this futon mattress. I have slept on a number of different spring mattresses and none have been as comfortable as this futon mattress. I have only slept on it for a week but already my body feels better, my back feels better. And the first night I slept in it I was in a significant amount of pain because we had just moved. Also we let ours sit for about a week before we slept in it I’m not sure if that made any difference or not. But I woke up in less pain sleeping in this mattress in all that pain I was in and believe me I was suffering, than if I slept in my old spring Mattress at my old place. I honestly recommend this mattress to anyone who has back pain or chronic pain.

Shipping was a tad slow, but once it got here, I was more than pleased with my purchase . It came shrunk wrapped in double plastic bags which the plastic was quite thick. After unrolling, I allowed 24 hours for the mattress to expand to its full size and shape. I ordered the sage color and I have to say the color was spot on.Exactly matches the shade of the spice sage. I got the 10″ Full size and it fits my futon perfectly. I does require a second person to help fold into the couch seating position.Maybe one person could do it, but it would be difficult. The mattress is comfortable.It is firm, but not hard.I haven’t slept on it, but it feels like it would be okay do so. Daughter was home over the weekend and she slept on it for two nights and said it slept pretty well. The only thing that I could say that might be a negative is the mattress does have a pretty strong grassy smell to it after unwrapping.It’s not a bad smell, but defiantly there.After a week being open, it is starting to air out.Not nearly as noticeable.Overall I am very pleased and would buy this again and would recommend to family or friends.
