I bought this for my living room to match the gray color scheme. The chair is very soft.its a real pain to put the arm covers on.you should actually have 2 people to put it together.they manufacturers didnt send instructions with it .had to look online

The lift chair appears to be well constructed. It took a while to put it together,
but with a little thought and time it all came together.
I could’nt find the armrest covers at first, and sent you an Email to that effect.I was pleasantly surprised to get a responce within minutes, offering to send replacements. ( this was on a Saturday afternoon, and I didn’ expect a responce until Monday.Very impresive!).I fond the covers tucked away inside the chair for shipping.Again, a reponceeven on Sunday..You are on the ball

This recliner is a smoother velvet so not much sticks to it. It is comfortable and operates quietly. The massage is like an actual massage, not just a vibration. The heat feature is great too. The instructions were not difficult to follow. This is exactly what I was hoping it would be.
