I think the chair is ok. I am not happy with a few things. The zippers on the arms are both broke. They came that way. I have a hard time getting the chair locked back in place. I don’t have a lot of strength in my legs. It does recline great. The chair back is almost reclined when I am sitting up. When I sit in the chair all the way against the back my feet don’t touch the ground. I am adjusting. The massage heat is not as strong as I thought it would be. I barely feel the heat.
