I received my Pinecrest sectional and couldn’t more pleased! Before I purchased it I ordered swatches from Klausner in different shades of gray, taupe. Iapplied mustard, ketchup, red wine, and yogurt and let them sit overnight! In the morning I took a cloth with cold water and proceeded to remove the stains! This was a pretty tough test. The Tina charcoal micro suede, lower left corner, was the winner and came out pristine! The pillows and cushions all fit perfectly with no gaps! Of course the service from Wayfair was amazing. One of the pieces had a bit of a problem and within two weeks I received the new one! Highly

Just got the couch yesterday 11/11/21. The feet fit great and they are sturdy blocks of wood. The pieces fit together fine with no issues. The couch is so soft, I love it. The back cushions are not attached to this one and neither are the seat cushions. The seat cushions are firm and provide great support, I wouldn’t say they are hard or uncomfortable. My bf is 6ft and sits on the couch comfortably.I assume they will eventually weather in and become softer. Overall I very happy with the purchase

We LOVE this sofa!! Seriously, I can’t get my kids off it. We got it in Tina Gulfstream, and not only is the color gorgeous, but the fabric seems very stain resistant – and with 5 kids, trust me, we’ve already tested that!

It’s big, nice, came with some stains. It was wrapped pretty well but the stains were under all of the wrapping so it must have happened in the warehouse. I haven’t contacted Wayfair yet but both I and the delivery guy took pics. Delivery was a nightmare. There were some strands of fabric and the material on the pillows were not puffed and separated put well. But overall it’s a good couch so far.
