I love this chair! The back is a perfect height to rest my head and it is so squishy and soft. The bottom is firm, but I don’t mind it. I was more concerned with finding a high back that was really soft. It’s a great depth as well, my feet aren’t dangling off when I sit all the way back. The material is soft as well. The arms are not plushy, again something I wasn’t particularly concerned about, but they are a perfect height, not too low or high. Overall it looks gorgeous and I’m so happy with it! (For reference I am 5’4”)
