I bought this innerspring futon mattress to refresh a 20 year old futon frame.I had been looking for a while, and I was concerned about buying without trying it first.This one surpassed my expectations.OMG—what a difference! It’s so comfortable. You can’t feel the futon frame through the coils (I could feel them in my old futon mattress).
I LOVE the blue color!The futon is on an enclosed porch where I have had countless Zoom meetings.This will make those meetings much more comfortable. It will also be a great place to catch a nap or read a good book.
This futon mattress is made in the USA—a definite plus. It is a 1-sided mattress (as advertised). There’s a seat side and a back side in the seated position (I originally had it backwards and my feet did not hit the floor but flipping it 180 degrees fixed that issue). There’s a zipper around the mattress (so you can see the “guts”???).
The material is nice—polyester with a look/feel of linen.The back side is brown microfiber.I’m not thrilled with the plastic buttons (that other reviewers have mentioned), and I hope they last.
I’m happy with my purchase. It was on sale and good value (I had looked locally at futon places and was not impressed with the quality, cost, and how many of them were made in China). Delivery went smoothly.Thanks, Wayfair!

I love it. I was nervous ordering a futon mattress online. But the reviews were good and it had to be better than what I had. I was not disappointed. It unfolded easily and fits perfectly. The futon is for my dogs and they love it!!

Arrived in a timely manner and shipped to Hawaii! It’s a very nice “linen aqua” (looks grey in this pic) as advertised. Seems to be of quality material and construction – the stitching is sound. Love the hinge feature of this mattress as it allows us to easily convert it from a couch to a bed. It’s very comfortable to sit on, you don’t feel the coils or hear them. One family member spent the night on it and said they had a comfortable night’s sleep.

Just what we needed! A hinged futon mattress. We use our futon mainly for sitting and regular futon mattresses would slide out and constantly need readjusting. We got charcoal gray and it looks great and stays in place and is comfortable.

I’ve owned at least 4 different futons and this is one of the best. Casing is quality made, pretty and soft,with supportive inner coils from top to bottom.It may be to firm for some, but I think it adds to the longevity of the mattress.
I would suggest the company changes it’s stock photos of this product as they are identical to another mattress on way fair, but this one weighed more and I’m sure is better quality inside and out.Would recommend

The neutral color is perfect for the grandkid’s playroom. While providing comfortable seating watching tv, the futon can double as a bed. The full size coil mattress offers a wonderful night’s sleep!
We also purchased a very colorful rug from Wayfair that complementedthe mattress perfectly!
