Ordered my futon and was given a delivery date. The date arrived and so did the futon. It was wrapped and well protected from damage and the elements. Unwrapping was simple and easy. Had it set up in just a few minutes and after sittingon it for a few minutes I took a quick nap. The futon sits and looks great.
