APPLICATION & CARE – To ensure that your WÜSTHOF knife stays sharp, please do not use the blade on hard surfaces such as glass, ceramic or metal. Brass naturally changes color over time and can be removed by applying baking soda and lemon juice to the area, letting it sit for 10 minutes then wiping it off with a soft kitchen towel. Hand Wash Only.
