Easy to install! If you plan to use this for a thicker countertop (granite, etc) you’ll need to buy deck extensions for the valves to screw under the countertop. High quality and works great!

Regarding the product – seems okay by appearance but not able to review since it’s not yet installed. Along with the other items bought for a remodel. Let me tell you why and rate Wayfair instead. Regarding the 10 total hours spent on hold with customer service to get a “security hold” lifted from my account – not cool. The customer service line also disconnects you after being on hold for 3 hours.You know how I know? Because I held for three hours.. TWICE. Spent 5 hours between two holding sessions one day and talked to Marcus who said he took care of the hold. He didn’t. Had to call again and hold for another 5 hours (again between two calls since they drop you at 3 hours). Then that person fixed it. You’re also required to call in fix a hold on your account, so there’s no way around it. But this definitely shouldn’t have had to consume by day twice. Ultimately had to delay our remodel, which is why the product isn’t yet installed. I’ll stick around but won’t trust Wayfair with another purchase this expensive or important.
