We have created a home fitness room to house our Stationary Bike, Treadmill, and home office for my wife plus an area for our two Great Danes to sit in the window and needed something to keep small weights, shoes, socks, towels, and remotes in, so the dogs couldn’t get to them to chew them. Searched for days and finally found this unit. Had good reviews so we bought one! Arrived in great condition. It took me about 2 hours to put it together in between work/meetings. Like others have mentioned, it was easy to put together, but I didn’t pay close attention to how the different panels needed to be attached as they have small dimples in only one side so you have to put them together correctly, turned the right way, or, like others, you have to take it apart a few times to turn pieces around. The very last piece to go on, the seat, I realized I had yet again put pieces together backwards, so this time, I just drilled new holes instead of taking the whole thing apart (for the third time!). So, if you buy it, you will LOVE it, however, pay really CLOSE attention to the pieces and pre-fit them before screwing everything in to hopefully not have to take it apart to turn parts around! 🙂

I love the look of this storage bench. It was kind of a pain to put together because the instructions are really vague.We actually had to take some of it apart because we had the panels on backwards.Pretty frustrating and added a good 45 minutes to our assembly time.But the finished product is really beautiful and has lots of storage. It seems pretty sturdy too. And it’s not too wide where it gets in the way of foot traffic.If you have big shoes they actually might not fit in bench widthwise.My husband wears a size 12 and they just barely fit widthwise.You could always put them in long ways, but maybe not as space efficient.Either way it ended up working out for me.

Delivered earlier than expected which was great!! Product packed very well and instructions were clear and bench was very easy to put together, took about an hour by myself. Nice looking piece of furniture and very sturdy; even has corner braces for inside the bench. Plenty of storage for gloves, scarves or whatever. Very, very happy with purchase!!
