The Weston vacuum sealer is a Weston compact vac sealer in the pro series that provides excellent, high quality, and reliable sealing. Seal bags with a double piston vacuum pump which draws vacuum strength. Built into the unit are a vac bag roll holder and cutter for added convenience during processing. For a variety of sealing uses, There is also a manual mode that allows vacuum pressure control useful for sealing soft foods and delicate objects. Features also include a built-in cooling fan for consistent sealing a detachable power cord and a side-mounted vacuum port for use with vacuum canisters (canisters sold separately).

These Weston vacuum sealers are “out of chamber†sealers. As with any “out of chamber†sealer, household bags and all other non-textured or non-embossed bags are not compatible and should not be used.

Awesome! I never realized what i was missing out on by not having a vacuum sealer. When I made the plunge, I did a fair amount of research that lead me to this, or the comparable Vac-Master unit. I found a pretty great deal on the Weston sealer here at Wayfair and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It arrived in a decent amount of time, well packaged- and ready for action! I’ve sealed about 20 pounds of homemade sausages, and it really works great. I looked at it this way, I could get a better built, more versatile and repairable unit like this, or throw money away on a $150 disposable model. This is a downscaled commercial unit, and it shows. Beautiful, not so much, but it functions beautifully.

Heavy duty, replaceable parts and works great. Love the idea of using a bag roll to customize the size to your needs. Takes a bit of experience to get the bag in the right position for it to vacuum properly but once you get to know the machine it’s a snap!
