Use it mostly to shred parmesan and other cheeses for pasta, pizzas and fondues.Quick, easy, simple to use and easy to clean.For me, it is much easier to clean than my food processor.I might try it to prep my next soffritto, mirepoix, or battuto.

Very satisfied with this grater…Very sharp. It folds down to a manageable storage size. The different depths make it very useful as well.

I had a very old one of these graters (probably close to 50 years old) that had seen better days and wanted to replace it.The two biggest improvements of this model over my old one are the suction feet that hold it in place much better and the longer handle that’s easier to turn.I’m glad to see someone still makes this item since everyone doesn’t want to use an electric food processor for some things (like grinding walnuts).

Got for my son because I have one and he loved using it, does a great job with shredding cheese
