I’ve always owned one of these but over 50 years, I’d worn two of them. It’s the best thing since sliced bread!

Use it mostly to shred parmesan and other cheeses for pasta, pizzas and fondues.Quick, easy, simple to use and easy to clean. For me, it is much easier to clean than my food processor.I might try it to prep my next soffritto, mirepoix, or battuto.

Had one of these over 50 years ago. Lost during one of my numerous moves and thought i would never find one again. Instead of dirtying a processor or blender it only takes a quick wash in the sink and is electric free! I really love it!

Very satisfied with this grater…Very sharp. It folds down to a manageable storage size. The different depths make it very useful as well.

I had a very old one of these graters (probably close to 50 years old) that had seen better days and wanted to replace it.The two biggest improvements of this model over my old one are the suction feet that hold it in place much better and the longer handle that’s easier to turn.I’m glad to see someone still makes this item since everyone doesn’t want to use an electric food processor for some things (like grinding walnuts).
