This bookcase is super sturdy and holds my books perfectly! It was fairly easy to assemble by myself and the grey color is beautiful. You can still see the wood grain which is a nice touch.

This bookshelf is made of standard composite materials to look like real wood BUT, here’s a couple things to keep in mind. 1) Its got great fit and finish all the same. 2) The color matched another piece I have – spot on. 3) The directions were the BEST I have ever seen (photos matched, advice right on, and proper hardware and labelling and las but not least; 4) The price was right 5) It comes in a variety of color 6) It shipped right away.
So if your looking for something that smart looking, doesn’t cost a lot, and you have some assembly skills – This book case is a winner!

I had run out of room in my bookcase and had books in boxes and stacked on the ground. Finally got around to buying a second one and based on other reviews, this one seemed like it would fit my needs.
Delivery – arrived on time and in good condition. Materials are packaged well. The box is pretty long and fairly heavy, so you may want a second person to haul it in and around your house.
Assembly instructions – picture based, but very detailed. I highly recommend spending some time going through the entire booklet. There are definitely parts that I would have assembled backwards/incorrectly if I hadn’t.
Actual assembly – pretty easy, but does take some time. Crack open a beer or pour yourself a glass of wine and settle in. I think it took me a little over an hour.
In use – this bad boy is a lot bigger than I expected. I looked at the dimensions and measured out the space in my house, but it still has more room than I thought. All my “homeless” books now have a home and there is plenty of room to spare! Guess I’ll have to do some shopping (oh no!). Feels pretty sturdy and looks good. I haven’t had it up and in use for very long, so I’ll be sure to update if anything changes, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase!
One thing I didn’t realize until I got it – the back panel has a couple holes you can pop out if you want to put any electronics on there and run the cords out the back. Just a nice extra feature I wasn’t expecting!

We bought 5 or 6 of these several years ago.We homeschool.We use our bookcases for books and HEAVY ones at that.These bookcases have held up excellently.They are short, which we needed for the room we purchased them for at the time. I like that they aren’t super high and I can dust the top of them (I am 5’4″). I literally cannot think of anything I dislike about them. All but one shelf is adjustable. I typically do tall books on the bottom (because they are heavy and I never want to make a bookcase top-heavy) and kind of work my way upward based on what I need. Currently my son has one of these in his room and we use two in our school room. I try to make it so that each of my two children has their school books on one of the two bookcases. I highly recommend these!
