This bed is perfect, my child absolutely love it. I love how you can easily put it together, the drawers and the added cabinet works out great for extra garment, the space for a hidden bed are easily accessed and it’s an easy pull! I highly recommend this bed!

It came on time.Some issues with assembly but Wayfair was amazing handling the problem. My granddaughter loves it.

This bed is much better looking in person as compared to the pictures.Truth be told, as beautiful as it is, I would have probably given it four stars, but Wayfair customer service and delivery personnel deserved a 10, thus I had to give it 5 stars.

I purchased the bed as a bday present for my 10 year-old son; believe it or not, it was what he wanted and asked for, and he couldn’t be more excited with it.However, I must confess this bed did not come without some hardship.The first bed was supposed to arrive four days prior to my son’s bday. However, it got in a week after his bday.What made matters even more so disappointing was that when I opened the first box, to start with the assembly, I discovered the bookcase was broken; or should I say badly built with damages everywhere because the wood was perforated by screws wrongly placed, the paint job on it was horrendous being that it was stained and uneven. If you ask me, this bed was built on a Friday prior to a long holiday weekend and the workers wanted to get the hell out of the assembly plant to go party, or it was built the Tuesday after the long weekend and the workers all came to work with the worst hangover ever.It was that bad! In any event, after encountering this fiasco, I called Wayfair customer service and they were beyond amazing.Their professionalism, empathy, and diligence was beyond description. They first apologized when I told them it arrived late when it was supposed to be my son’s bday present.Then they expedited a replacement bed (which when I received it, I also discovered a box was missing from the first delivery…first delivery I got three boxes when it should be four). They also upgraded my delivery to in room delivery, which meant that the delivery crew would take the boxes inside the room of your choice, as opposed to drop it off inside your garage.They also agreed that the boxes were to be opened by the delivery crew and each item inspected to assure there were in good condition without any damages.The delivery crew that was sent was outstanding.They were super polite, professional, and extremely accommodating.They opened each box with the utmost care and inspected each item throughly making sure all items were in perfect condition.So, bottom line, regardless of the disappointment of the first delivery, customer service and second delivery crew made me forget the bad experience regarding the first delivery.

The assembly of the bed was not difficult at all.I basically assembled the bed by myself, with a little help from my son, who helped holding parts into place while I attached and screwed them together.The assembly of the whole bed, including the trundle bed, took about 2 1/2 hours.
