I actually got my cat in on the 1st try!! She hates carriers and is 15 lbs. This was a great solution!!!She may not look happy but this was a huge success!

Update Feb. 2, 2019 I finally used the carrier to take a cat in. Best cat carrier ever!!!Rufus was placed right in (no trauma or fight because there’s no smaller door) and it worked great at the vet’s because she could do half the exam with Rufus still in carrier. Even the vet loved the style of the carrierasked me where I got it!
we love it so far! We have 3 cats, and the largest (15 lbs) fits in easily. I think it will be much easierbetter than all our other carriers, like the top loading one I got that zipped closed—a crazed Oscar managed to pull that one open in the car on way to vet (He was fine, but trauma for all.
With the Hayley, of course cats are attracted to boxes, so LevonOscar were curious and all over the this! Levon walked into the carrier with no prompting, and then his brother joined in on the fun. Levon is 15 lbs of muscle, and looked 100 comfortable, and Oscar is about 12 lbs.(Both cats were in carrier in different shots.) Neither cat is petite, and I’m sure our fluffy tabby Rufus will fit easily as well.
I got this for Rufus—since he only has 3 legs, and some problems with his only back knee, I wanted a carrier that would allow me to be gentle and prevent the “don’t” scene in Hayley carrier video, like angling a reluctant cat into a carrier and then dealing with same cat when he will not come out at the vet’s. (That happened to us the last time, and the vet had to remove all the screws and take the top half off to get to Rufus without pulling him out.)
I only got one Hayley (usually just one sick kitty at a time) but this carrier is so great, I think I’ll order a second at this fantastic price. Thanks Wayfair for another great pet item!

The carrier is bigger than I thought it would be, but still easy to carry! Extremely easy to clean! Folds up great for storage but decided to leave it out because the cats LOVE it! All 3 of them were interested immediately, and fought over who would get to lay in it first!

Great purchase! I wanted a new crate because my boy is heavy and I was using an old crate that we bought from a thrift shop. I was always afraid it might fall apart with him in it. It was also too small for him, so I decided on this one! Really convenient for storage and has plenty of room for him to be comfortable. Sturdy too.

Great for kitties. I bought 3 for my chihuahuas to travel. There isn’t enough space for them to stand up but no wonder they aren’t cats! Just hoping they would fit because they are well made.

So easy to place a reluctant cat inside! I have now used twice and am very pleased. The collapsible feature is really great because of our limited storage. I would give more stars if I could!

It’s the best carrier for difficult pets.My cat haaaates getting out of the carrier at the veterinary office. To be able to open the side and scoop up his entire body has made visits much easier and faster. My only issue is that it’s a large carrier but my 22lb cat barely fits.Lol!!! The other cat is only 12lbs.

Yes I’ve made it tacky but I wanted BabyCakes to get comfortable with it. He’s travelled before and done really good. We haven’t been on the road yet but I’m expecting no problems. This is lightweight and folds up to keep it compact when not in use.

This cat carrier is exactly as described. I wanted a hard case for a cross country move. It Carry’s like a suitcase and is stable. The really unique feature is that it is so EASY to put your cat in it! We all know how cats fight and resist being put in a carrier. This one opens down and wide and before your cat’s paws are on the bottom of the case, it’s already closed and locked! Just pay attention to the measurements to make sure it’s the right size for your cat. I definitely recommend this carrier!

I’ve had other carriers in the past and it can be difficult “wrangling” a cat, especially an ill or excited cat in.This one, I just opened the door, and she walked right in.Nice size too.
