I bought this A & E cagetrusting that the name brand alone would bring good quality. I was not disappointed. The cage was delivered in excellent condition by really nice people. The cage itself was packaged well. This was very easy to put together. You definitely need two people. It’s sturdy and well made. It’s perfect for a medium to large bird.

Yes it is big ! And that is exactly what we wanted. No instruction to assemble but its quite easy to figure it out (anyone can do it….). My ararauna will feel like a king !
Pros: Big, solid, safe. Exactly what you’d expect from this kind of cage.
Cons: The metal of the seed guard is thin so be careful not to bend it.

Cage came exactly as advertised. Delivery was communicated very well. No damage on arrival. There are minimal directions to put the cage together but was able to with 2 people (Took us about 45min). Very happy Congo Grey!

For days I browsed cages for my Blue and Gold Macaw and I am glad I decided for this one. It is huge, sturdy and well made. There are 5 feeders with doors which will enable anyone to feed the bird without risking getting nipped by the bird.
Assembling took us a couple of hours and I don’t think 1 person would be able to assemble it by himself.
We got the Platinum color, which is almost white (we expected it to be a little bit darker, like the tone of Inox), but still looks great!
We had a problem with our delivery, but Wayfair customer service was very helpful. It got delayed in 2 weeks but we got all the support. My service squad Shelby offered me compensation for where I wouldl be having my bird being kept until the cage was delivered. She also said she has worked here for over a year and she has never heard of anything like this happening. So I am considering my case as an edge case.
Pros: Great value, good design. Looks like it is going to last.
Cons: Assembling instructions are poor. The complimentary perch is weak.

I am extremely pleased with the A&E Cage – Enormous Dome Top Bird Cage #900-4836.
The quality of the cage construction is very good. Disappointed it was made in China thought I was buying a cage from a U.S. Company.
Only time will prove if the finish on the cage holds up and cage does not rust. I’m counting on the cage lasting us for many years.
I would recommend this cage to others over many I have seen manufactured by other companies.

I ordered the cage thinking “enormous” ok, its going to be big… I received the cage and started putting it together and thought that enormous was an understatement. This cage is HUGE! My almost 1 year old Umbrella Cockatoo looks like a Parakeet… lol! Great cage!

I used to have an A and E Cage Company bird cage, but I decided to try a different brand when it was time to be replaced.Boy that was a mistake, it really made me appreciate the quality of A and E Cage Company.After less than a year with the different brand, I cut my losses and bought this cage.This is a very large and extremely sturdy cage.I have an incredibly destructive macaw and she has been doing her best to destroy this cage for over a year.All she has managed to do is strip some paint and slightly bend a couple of the bars.I’ve learned my lesson and I will always shop A and E in the future.
