Wood and wire grid flooring with removable slide-out pans allows for quick and easy clean up. Wood finish allows for years of use with very little maintenance. Product arrived just as pictured however, the lid was preinstalled and when they added the screws to the lid it busted the wood. I have contacted the company to see if I can get it replaced.

Love it EXCEPT the roof hinges broke while trying to screw in the larger hinge. But, there are 2 other openings. Also I can fix it in the future.

Good value, easy to assemble, kinda soft wood, but that was expected.A bit small for continental/flemish giant rabbits, but good size for grow-outs or smaller breeds.
