The earlier log racks I used broke after a few years because the base was plastic.These are metal and an 8ft 2×4 fits into them easily.I have now got rid of the pallets I used because this takes up less space and holds more wood.A goos investment.

Simple, effective,works,screws that come with it arent good enough though, deffinitely have to replace those with better ones.

Super simple to put together and very flexible. The width depends on how long the 2x4s are. I had a couple of boards that were around 4 1/2 feet and made a really nice rack. One tip would be to make sure the side bars slide on to the boards far enough so that they don’t come off. Had to restack one time because I didn’t leave enough board on the end. Very happy with it. Quick delivery.

I’m using this indoors as I needed a system less than the normal 48 in wide and as it’s for my woodstove I needed more than a decorative holder.This does this trick in my 42 in wide space.It was put together in minutes with a pair of 2 X 4’s and the included screws.
