Very easy to assemble. Looks great and it is pretty sturdy. It took 15 minutes to assemble the 1st one and 5 minutes to assemble the 2nd one. It snaps together quite easily, the hinges are a little tricky. Overall we are quite happy with it.Attach the 4 hinges to the lid first then click the hinges into the base of the chest.
I like the fact that they included a thank you note with customer care contact info which is US based.
