The biggest surprise is the quality. As you can see by the photos (apologies for the sideways one, edited it but it won’t turn) it’s beautiful!
Sturdy, well made and quite comfortable, it’s a great addition for an amazing price.

Love these barstools. As other reviewers have indicated, they are really heavy duty and have the mix of metal and natural/rustic wood that we were really looking for. The seats have a rougher finish to them but not to the point of snagging clothes. Despite having the dimensions I was still a bit surprised with how big the seats were which is a benefit for us. These were really easy to put together as well.
We had one issue that is still being sorted out which is that one of the bases was received without the plastic cap that prevents the solid metal from rubbing on the floors. It’s been a bit of an effort so far to get a replacement piece as it’s not a standalone part. Wayfair has been good to work with on the matter but we haven’t yet received the needed piece and it’s about about 2 weeks since I initially called.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They are sturdy, the wooden seat is think, not flimsy and they are the perfect counter stool height.
