This Christmas Tree Gold dinnerware from Spode is SPECTACULAR!!!! Things the product photo doesn’t really show:The Gold leaf is subtle and very expensive looking, it’s not a bright shiny gold, that could look less expensive.The background is a creamy ivory almost, and not a stark white.. Truly it’s a gorgeous set.I love that the dinner plates have a little depth to them, so that your food or gravies won’t slide off your plate.The bread/dessert plates have this as well. The details that went into this design are quite thoughtful, and just so gorgeous!!I ordered the matching cereal/soup bowls, (which were less expensive from Wayfair than on Spode’s website).The rim of the bowl on the outside has a slight inward curve to it all the way around, so that your fingers can actually hold the bowl securely.. it’s amazing they thought of it and yet you don’t really ‘see’ it until you pick the bowl up and ‘feel’ it in your hand.I’m in love with this set and bought almost every matching piece!!

Sooo beautiful! I was worried they would look a little cartoon-like but they don’t, they look very elegant. You can dress these up or down, simple gorgeous with the gold trim.

I’m collecting this china for Christmas. Beautiful! And great price. I ordered two sets and the dinner plates had slight manufacturer’s imperfections. Customer service immediately sent out replacements. Very happy with my purchase!
