Exactly as described!There is a small hole in the back to allow a charging wire to come through so that you can keep your device charging in the (small) drawer. The device would need to be a phone or tablet that fit the dimensions of the nightstand as they would need to lay flat in the drawer. (Along with a book if you like.)
