These chairs are better than I thought. In the picture it looks like it is teal with gold design, but it is actually gray, which is absolutely perfect for my kitchen. This seat is very plush yet firm and it secures your bottom. The chair is sturdy and it is put together very well. I ordered a different chair from a different company and was not pleased, so I returned it. This chair meets my expectations, to the point that I ordered four more to complete my set.
