This is a small-ish upward migration worm bin. Comes with two tiers and I believe you can buy more tiers if you wish. Sleek design and works well. It’s my first time trying upward migration and I’ve only got the first tier going at this time. Castings have not fallen through the bottom sieve to the collection tray yet, as instructions said to line with newspaper at setup time (newspaper layers probably not yet eaten through).

I have set it all up and got 250 worms to start with. They seem to be real happy, I will start adding scraps this week!

I bought this for my mom to avoid having to walk all the way out to the compost pile during the cold wet winter.I set this up in her garage – it doesn’t take up any space at all and is very easy to use to compost kitchen scraps – just remember – no meats, fats, citrus, onions or garlic for worms.

Set up was easy, the design is compact and simple. I put it on a plastic Rubbermaid three drawer thing, I keep newspaper and a paper shredder in the top drawer for their bedding.
Looking forward to having some nice fresh dirt for my plants!

This worm box fits perfectly in a small apartment space. The instructions on how to start off the worms are a bit misleading, but otherwise the box is great.

Worms love this, and it’s hard to tell that it’s a worm bin.
The sun heats it and can overheat it easily. I’ve learned to mist or add a bit of water more often due to the way this holds heat
