This futon frame is sturdy and has survived several moves. My queen futon mattress fits perfectly. The frame is heavy and takes two people on both sides foot on the lower latch to lift. Great purchase overall

Love, love, love it.It is very heavy.I got the butternut colored wood, and it is very nice.Seems very sturdy and well built.I love the folding tables on the side.I wasn’t expecting that.My husband said though the instructions were TERRIBLE.It took him a good while to put it together and he is mechanical-minded.
