This is the second recliner I have purchased from Wayfair in a month – returned the first one because it wasn’t comfortable – we won’t be returning this one!
I bought it for my husband who had a Bone Marrow Transplant last year – he has residual aches and pains, and heloves the combination of heat and massage!
He doesn’t like heated seats in cars – they typically heat the seat and back – he only wants it on his back – and this chair has 3 heat settings- all on the back.
Ingenious design of cup holders that fold into the armrests – bilateral pockets handy for remotes, and the USB plug in the middle of the power button is AWESOME!

I bought it as a gift for my fiancée. He loves it! It was easy to assemble, instructions were easy to follow.My fiancée weighs 355 lbs. and fits comfortably in the the chair. He especially likes the heat and the massage features. He says it soothes his back. Best purchase this year!!

I waited 2 months for my recliner and it was worth the wait.The recliner was delivered in 3 boxes over 2 days. communication on delivery was spot on.
I would give the instructions 4 stars based on the photo of the leg attachment for the base.They only fit one way, so after a few attempts I was good.
The arms were cumbersome to attach to the sides because you have to lift and line up the rails to slide in.I give the chair 5 stairs for fit and function and 5’2″ female assembler 3 stars for short arms.
The back was a little easier because it is lighter.
The plugs for the recline motor, heater and vibration were very simple to connect. Even without instructions the colors and configurations only fit one way.
I am thrilled with 2 nights of movie watching with my dog in my lap.
Let’s see how it holds up.

My husband LOVES this chair, although I haven’t told him how much I paid for it. I’m sure he would have me send it back no matter how much he liked it! I think it definitely is overpriced but I had ordered him another chair and the seat was very narrow and he couldn’t feel the heat (I guess you do get what you pay for). He loves the massage and especially the heat. I have to keep it covered because my husband will work on the car or the lawn then come in and plop right down in the chair! Not in this chair you don’t!! I just HAD to throw the picture in with it all covered!! I wish my husband was neater because it really is such a beautiful chair (uncovered!!)
It was very easy to assemble. Everything was in the THREE boxes that was sent!
It was super easy to order the chair and delivery was spot on! Like I said the only thing that threw me was the price. In my opinion it was too high (I waited too long and ended up missing the sale by one day and paid $100 more than I would have had I not had so much indecision). But, in the long run, I am as happy with the chair as my husband is (now if he would just let me sit in it ONCE)!!

Super easy to put together even though there is no instructions. Both sides slide onto the base. The back slides onto the base. Cords are color coded to plug together. There is only two little brackets that bolt on the back base for anti-tip over help with 4 wing nuts so it’s very easy to assemble. Chair is very comfortable. Heat and massage functions are very nice. Chair lifts up almost straight up in the air that would help almost anyone get out of it. Definitely highly recommend this chair.

I love the fabric that this chair is made out of! The heat works so well and the massage part is about a 4 out of 5 for me as I would like the neck massage part to be a little more powerful. Overall this is a great chair for the price and it was so easy to put together. I think it took about 10 minutes overall.
