Great for what we need – wanted a longer gate that would stand alone to block our dog’s entry to our kitchen while we cook. This is light weight and not SUPER sturdy so if your dog is bold about pushing it might not work for you. It’s tall enough that he can’t get his head over it (55 lb lab/pit). The brown/wood finish is nice, looks rustic. Great price compared to similar gates you’d find at Home Goods which are much heavier but sell for $120+.

This Pet Gate, is so amazing – the quality, fit and finish fits perfectly with our home which is over 120 years old. Don’t think about it, just get it and you will be so happy!
