We bought 2 and one is great but the other is not lining up right so the legs are not level. My husband took it apart and put it back together and it’s the same way. The seat section is lopsided. So 5 stars for the one that works and how do we exchange or get replacement part or parts for the other one

Sturdy and comfortable. Assembly took two of us an hour but wasn’t hard. The holes lined up but as with any furniture like this don’t fully tighten the screws until all are in place. I found a power screw driver with the hex tip helpful. The instruction drawings were not very helpful but the text was. The manufacturer would so us a favor by labeling the right and left legs.
