Fantastic! I use it to keep the temperature in my electric oven even. I simply covered the stone in aluminium foil and placed it on the bottom; only removing the stone after it completely cooled, when using the broil feature, because of temperature, or when cleaning the oven.

Great for making thin crusted homemade pizzas!Cook time is about 7-8 mins.Pizza has that crunchy, crispy bottom but still soft on top.Do wish I had ordered a bigger size.
