Bank on about 50% of your tiles/ledgers being broken…but wayfair was great about sending free replacements as long as you send a photo of the broken parts.Easy to cut with tile saw and easy to install with white premixed mortar.We added a live edge mantel and shiplap above.Our hearth is pennsylvania blue stone slab that we painted white with a masonary paint in high gloss white.
