The Prozone cover has a heat-reflective metallic coating concentrated at the nose end of the board for faster crease removal, while the extra thick felt underlay gives a smooth ironing surface. The handy flex guide prevents your iron cord from tangling/snagging and can be easily clipped into your chosen position. The robust four-leg design, with a contemporary gunmetal finish, provides strength and stability in use. For ease of use, the universal height mechanism allows the Ergo board to be positioned exactly at your preferred working height, up to 37 inches. Seems pretty sturdy. I’m using it to hold my quilting “big board” so the cover really doesn’t factor in. The box was destroyed at both ends and the plastic didn’t completely cover everything. There was a hole in the cloth cover that was inside the plastic so that had to happen before it was prepared for shipping.

Puts my old ironing board to shame. It actually stays in place. The legs are very sturdy. Like the cord minder for ge iron–helps keep the cord from bunching up the shirt as I try to iron it. Also like the iron holder on the back. Allows the iron to get hot without having to sit on the board itself.
