Very comfortable except for the center middle, but alot softer than what I expected because of other reviews. Its fairly easy to make though you should probably build it with 2 people.

Very nice. Material is very soft and velvet like. Like the other review says the bottom cushions are on the stuff side, I hope they soften up after they are broken in. The back cushions are soft and consistent with regular sofas.
