Just arrived today, assembled it in less than an hour.The directions are pictures, but easy enough to follow.
The package arrives in two separate boxes: one being the main components, the other being the arms.
It is very stylish and soft. It is firm but has a nice bounce to it.
The only thing that some may find uncomfortable is the lack of upper back support. It’s not a tall couch at all, but your lower back will be fine.
Also, the metal feet have a plastic tip to prevent scratching your floor, but it’s still possible unless you’re very careful moving it.
Time will tell how it holds up but I’m very satisfied as of day one.
