I have used my mandolin multiple times since I first reviewed it and have found it so much easier to use than I first thought. Multiple settings make it easy to slice or shred nearly anything including paper thin mushroom slices. I love the fact it can go in the dishwasher as well.

Now this mandolin slicer arrived in three days. It is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is it good to look at, but it does an amazing job Slicing your fruits or vegetables. It comes with a brush to clean it, safety gloves and of course the safety cap. I would recommend this over and over again. The legs fold up nicely for easy storage, and it takes relatively no space at all to store. This is a winner all the way around.

This mandolins was exactly what I was looking for. It’s very sharp so definitely keep the sleeve on the blade when not in use but I also love the handle. You can attach veggies to itmakes this even easier to use. I’ve had others in the past that didn’t come with thisit’s definitely a game changer. I you can still use it free hand if you want or need to. I’m very pleased with it.

Very satisfied with this slicer. Warning. Very sharp. I would leave the guard on as much as possible when not using. The vegetable holder is very useful. It folds down to a manageable storage size. The different depths make it very useful as well.

So being completely honest I have only used this one time so far. I used it to make French fries and while it takes some getting used to I can say it cut the time to almost nothing in making homemade fries can’t wait to see what else it does!

This mandolin slicer works very well! I have used it to cut some vegetables and fruits, and it cut them beautifully. Also, the blades are very sharp, but the food handguard is big enough that I feel safe to use this mandolin. Overall it is a great kitchen tool that makes food prep faster.

Delivery was ahead of schedule. Opening the box we found a wonderfully constructed slicer. Another surprise is a pair of gloves to protect your hands and fingers along with a vegetable holder to minimize your hands contacting the blade. I will tell you its extremely sharp. Another feature is that it has a knob that rotates a smaller set of blades to make julienne cuts and the blades are just as sharp. All in all we are very pleased and our first use we sliced potatoes thin and air fried crisp.

I have had mandoline slicers before but this one is truly superior. Others were made of plastic and had blades you had to switch out whereas this one is all metal and you simply turn the knob to change blades and to adjust the thickness of each slice. I love it.

This thing is awesome! This is my first mandolin. I didn’t know what I was missing. Slicing vegetables is a breeze. Very easy to use and also easy to clean. I highly recommend getting one. You’ll never slice veggies with a knife again.
