This is a very nice knife! Sharp and light weight.Cuts smooth.Looks and feels great.Love that it has a little plastic case to protect the tip of the knife when not in use.The blade is sturdy and handle has nice grip.Will be using this during the holiday meal prep!

This knife is very nice. Heavy duty and chops well. I use this type of knife primarily when cooking and it’s great. This is my favorite style.I do wish it came with a sheath to go over the blade when not using. I’m hoping it holds up well. My others were getting worn out from so much use.

This is a well made knife. It has weight to it and you can tell how sturdy it is when you pick it up. The handle is part of the knife so the blade is not a separate piece. Be careful, the blade is very sharp. I also appreciate that it fit right in my butcher block.

Great packaging! This comes packaged with a nice solid box, the formed foam, and a tip protector. It passed the “paper test” and cut cleanly through a piece of paper right out of the box. The weight and balance are decent, I do like my knives just a little heavier but that is definitely personal choice. This would make for a great gift or personal use.

The Linoroso 7” Santoku Knife is just the right size for my many cooking experiences.I have two other Santoku knives of different lengths, but this one is perfect.It is extremely sharp and has a nice guard to protect the tip when storing.I am going to really enjoy using this knife while preparing my Christmas feast.I typically wash by hand rather than putting it in the dishwasher.
