I read an article about this spoon and having many cooking utensils that I love I was skeptical. I was amazingly surprised at how much I liked it.the handle design leaves a bit to be desired but the bottom of the spoon is flexible yet strong.I have a lot of seasons and enameled cookware and it works amazing well and preserves your cookware.Functions like stainless steel but it is not!

I couldn’t imagine why I picked this in the middle of the night when ordering a wooden spoon, but I am delighted w it. Nothing sticks to it and the 2 corners come in handy!

I like this spoon for my Le Creuset cookware. I am always afraid to scratch the enamel. It also has a little groove at the end which is the main difference with a spatula or wooden spoon
