Wayfair needs to work on not writing a faults report!!!! Your ads said it raises your feet above the heart liar liar liar!!! It also saidthe massage is gentle, moderate and intense. More like intense, moderately intense, extreme intense!!! The first recliner I ordered was returned. The massager beat me up so badly I was in bed all the next day recovering. This massager was intense in the what you call gentle did not beat me up. There for I love it. As for my lymphadenopathyit utterly failed me. To return it, I pay the shipping cost in spite of your faults advertisements. Why can’t you tell the truth in the beginning, save us all the headache! As a blind person and fist time on the computer and internet shopping, learning how you work is shocking! Bottles the mind!! Your not into making, saving money, your into robbing and hurting your customers!

Great Buy! There wasn’t any delay with shipment. I received two boxes first and the third box 2 days later which I was advised when I placed the order. The assembly instructions were simple and took no time to put together. I am kinda on the short side so my shoulders and neck do not line up with the rollers in the chair. My solution to this was using a throw pillow to raise me up. So far I have no problems with the functions of the chair but it has only been 2 days. I would have given this chair 5 stars if the chair could adjust to ones height. I do suffer from back pain and the first time after using the chair, I did feel some relief from muscle spasms in my shoulder and lower back. Will update any changes…

Received product in three separate boxes, delivered in a timely manner, all 3 showed up at the same time. Carried them into bedroom and assembled per the instructions provided. Took about 15-20 minutes to set up by myself. Used the chair after setup and worked as described. Only negative is it does not get the neck and upper shoulders with the roller, but I already knew that reading others reviews, I supplement with a portable neck and shoulder massager. Therefore, still 5-star rating.

Really happy with this purchase! Super fast delivery! I was told it would take 3 weeks to get it but actually only one week! It’s very easy to install the chair even my 14 years old son can install himself! I compared to the real store massage chair I tried before, I can definitely say this chair is as comfortable as those expensive ones in the store! Perfect for me and my husband! My hight is 163cm and my husband is 183cm！It is a minor damage of the chair plastic bottom back but fortunately the Wayfair gave me very pleasant compensation solution! Easy to assemble. The only assembly challenge was having someone hold the back forward to install one of the arm screws that was at the edge of the slot. I had it together in less than a half and hour including break down of the boxes. It works great so far. Adjusts pressure for a massage that is comfortable for each person. The auto programs are nice. I don’t feel the heat in the back area too much but my husband does so that could be me liking hot hot heat. Some chairs have a height sensing, this one does not, which may be a nice feature. The neck rollers are a bit high for me unless I sit up super straight.We have people from 5 5 to 6 1 in it and everyone felt like they had a good experience. Bluetooth speakers are nice, good sound quality. All in all, a great chair for the price point. I have sat in much more expensive ones that I didn’t see/feel anything better about. I would buy again.

LOVEV, LOVE,LOVE THESE! we bought 2 of them – HIS & HERS. took less then 20 minutes to set up each one. Heat is great and the shiatsu works really well. The foot and calf massage is amazing. instructions are all photos and not a lot of parts and no additional tools required. Would highly recommend
