The delivery packaging was very well done, it had a thin plywood protection and also white foam boards so the mirrors were in perfect condition. The mirror color is as described, true white not creamy or beige, which match perfectly with my white bathroom vanity that had carrara marble countertop. the detail of the moulding is subtle yet elegant. The back has two hooks on the top left and right (behind the mirror) and came with the hardware to hang it, however we did not use it, instead we had a picture frame hook and ran wire in the back of the mirror to hang it like a picture which for us made less holes in the sheetrock. We are very happy with the quality , look and feelof these mirrors.

Although there were no instructions as how to hang the mirror and it was difficult, it looks great.My husband struggled but finally got it level and hung. It was very well packaged for shipping and arrived undamaged.The beveled mirror is beautiful and the dark brown color is a good contrast on my Tibetan Red wall.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the service. The mirror arrived in two days however it had a couple of minor imperfections. There were a couple ofsmall nicks in the frame as well as a small scratch in one corner of the glass. I sent an email including a couple of pictures showing the damage. I called the number referenced in the reply I received and was very pleased with the associate (Wendy) that answered. She resolved my issues by ordering me another mirror and I didn’t have to go through the trouble of returning the damaged mirror. I had the replacement in two days and that one was in perfect shape. Excellent product and excellent customer service. If I could have rated them higher, I would have.
