We love the look of this pair of counter stools that borrow inspiration from classic English design. They are made from solid wood with a rich finish and have slightly tapered legs that are bound by stretchers that double as footrests. Rubber glides on the feet protect your floors from scratches and scuff marks. The openwork slat backs lean into traditional design and offer built-in ventilation, and the seats are topped with foam and creamy off-white upholstery. After morning coffee, a quick lunch, or at the end of a work day, tuck these stools right under the counter for space saving efficiency. Partial assembly is required; all tools are included.

I bought these for my parents as a Christmas gift. They look perfect at their kitchen island. They were relatively easy to assemble. One tip… do NOT screw in the bolts the whole way before it’s fully assembled. The cross bars that go from back to front will not fit in the grooves unless you really loosen the bolts/screws to the front legs (that you’ve already assembled in place). They chairs felt wobbly after assembly, but going back and REALLY tightening every single bolt/screw helped to stabilize them. These were a good deal and great purchase.
