I purchased this door because I have 6 cats, 3 of which had destroyed my previous screen doors. I chose this door because it was stated in the specs that it is made to withstand children and pets. I am pleased to share that it has been pulled on quite a bit – in spite of my admonishments – and is holding up beautifully. There are no flaws in the screen whatsoever. I’m hoping this will be the last door I’ll have to buy. I highly recommend it to anyone with cats!
