Paneled Solid Wood Unfinished Colonial Standard Door

I’m very particular about the building materials used in my house, because I have young children and there is formaldehyde in just about every engineered wood. Finding a solid pine door without any MDF or plywood in the core was a little tricky, but when I found this one through Wayfair I was relieved. It arriced in perfect condition and is just as pictured. We painted ours black, but it could be stained since it is real wood. Lovely and simple style that is very versatile. No regrets!

One of the doors was damaged, so wayfair sent out a replacement asap. I love that tese ate solid wood.

Here we begin. 5 stars. I ordered several of these doors despite my better judgements from the research on the reviews. I wanted this style and wood all along but it is hard to find. And harder yet to find affordable. These are pricy doors for what they are and their terrible ratings of split sections make it a hard gamble. So I gambled. Every door I received was pristine. No scratches, dings, or even blimishes that needed sanded out. No cracks, discoloration, or knots. Exactly as I wanted. Thus provokes me to review. They also come with a 5 year warranty. Now keep in mind this is an out of the box review. I have yet to finish and hang them and I will adjust my review accordingly if problems arise in the next few weeks. So far, perfect.

4 years later and I’ve ordered 5 more to match. Same great product.

I was replacing some of my interior doors. It was very difficult to find doors that were solid pine and not veneer. Wayfair had them and the shipping for all 7 was free. I have had fantastic luck with everything I’ve bought at Wayfair. It’s a great shopping site.
