Totally delighted with this purchase. I printed off the Assembly Instructions included in the Wayfair email and referred only to this for assembly. Worked beautifully. The package included 2 extra crystals and many extra crystal holding clips. This turned out to be ideal as one crystal was missing on the shade, so we were able to replace it and I have one extra. The only negative would be the pull string crystals. They just seemed to cheapen the appearance of the fan, so I purchased different ones. I will try to post pics of what I purchased when they arrive.The fan is quiet and the 3 speeds work beautifully. Overall this is a win. I am happy with the purchase. We are doing a total renovation to the room.The fan installation was step one. I have added pictures of the new pull chains that I purchased. The theme of the room will be birds, so I was able to find pull chains that incorporated the crystals as well as a bird. I think it worked out well. Very satisfied.

I have been looking at this ceiling fan for a while.I read all the reviews and I asked my own questions to be sure before I purchased.Wayfair is so good at answering questions and they even called the manufacturer when they didnt know the answer.My husband put this up flush mount for me with the remote control and we didnt have any of the difficulty others reported.It is so solid and quiet.I just love the remote.I will be adding a dimmer to our wall switch.It came with the led light bulbs and battery for remote.All the glass crystals were perfect and they even included extras.The only thing I had to do was put a few of the single crystals back on the side of the shade.As a matter of fact I tightened all of the single crystals just to be sure they would not rattle.I am glad I did because it is perfect.I also hung all the crystals before attaching the shade to the fan.It was much easier that way.I just love this fan.Thank you Wayfair.I dont know how you do it but everything I have ordered has come right on schedule or early and everything has been well packed and just as described.
