I bought this seat for a crazy reason.We have a walk in shower in the master bedroom, and there is no raised ledge like in a tub to rest my legs as I’m shaving them.So, yes, I bought this to make it easier to shave my legs, and it works out great.

So far it’s working exactly as needed and expected. I’ve used it a few times now post ankle surgery, and it’s sturdy, doesn’t slide around, and the seat has decent grip so you don’t slide off. So far so good.
