The couch is very nice the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it’s faux leather even though the description says upholstered. I absolutely positively do NOT like leather furniture!!!!!! However, Wayfair customer service was gracious enough to rectify the situation for me without hesitation.

I was a nervous at first about a purchase of this size, but Wayfair came through. The color and size of the sofa/chaise were exactly what I wanted/expected and it was very easy to assemble myself (middle-age female in average health). The delivery also went well, with plenty of communications before arrival. The delivery staff was easy to work with and made sure I was satisfied with placement of furniture and were thorough with the paperwork and photos before leaving. The quality of the sofa also met expectations and would order again from this site.
