This shelf is very solid.I was very nervous when ordering online for something like this because I felt that it might be very cheaply constructed. I was mistaken and glad that I made this purchase.The only thing that I would change is stronger anchors to hold the shelf. The weight of the shelf is heavy and the anchors provided for hanging were not sufficient to hod it. I was able to go to the store to purchase what I needed.Still a great shelf despite the anchors.
