The fabric is nice but the cushions are a bit stiff. I took off two stars because the back cushions and pillows are just have stuffing inside- there is no casing around the stuffing so it will be a disaster to try to wash the cushion covers. If I had known this I would not have ordered it since I have three little kids. Overall,I like the customization option of picking the fabric (I ordered a bunch of free samples before ordering the couch). Shipping faster than the estimate and delivery was easy.

I love this sofa so much. I thought long and hard for many months about which sofa to get. I have purchased several items from Wayfair Custom Upholstery, and all have been fantastic, so this was an obvious choice. This is my second item in “Baet Ash.” I needed something within 100-110 inches, and this really seems to maximize the space for its size.
This is a firm sofa, and not very deep. If you want a deeper sofa, there are several others to choose from. I wanted something firm and semi-formal for my main level seating area. The cushions are extremely supportive and comfortable, and I can tell they will last a long time. They are reversible, minus the chaise cushion. The upholstery work is well done, and the sofa feels supportive and comfortable. My family has already spent plenty of time sitting on it, and we all agree that it was a great investment.
As a bonus, it arrives about 6 weeks earlier than they estimate. It was well packaged and looked perfect. I am so happy with this sofa!
