We bought two of the 9X12 Gracie Oak Rugs. After 1st year one of them is fraying all over the ends. Other one is perfectly fine. Wayfair advised me to contact mfg, which I did by leaving a message. It’s been days, no return call. Based on poor quality rug & mfg customer service, I do not recommend this rug.

This is a wonderful outdoor rug at a decent price. I was concerned about maintenance since we have cats enjoying the outdoor room as well, but their claws have not snagged it. It’s sturdy and comfortable to walk on. Really glad we got it.

I purchased this for my uncovered deck since it was too hot to walk on during the summer months. It not only does the job but looks great doing it. It is great quality for the price and a beautiful neutral color that blends with deck color. Will it last if I don’t store if for rain and snow? I hope so. The bumps also flatten out within a few days after unrolling it. Overall, VERY happy with purchase, may purchase a 2nd to place on other half of deck.
