I actually love it, my cat loves it, she likes going on the different tiers, the scratchy pad in the front is a nice touch, she loves to stretch on that.. but the most important of all she loves to sleep on the bottom. This is a very well worth Kitty Tower I recommend it.. my cat is 15 lb and she can jump from the floor all the way to the top tier and it does not tilt or move.Tabitha gives it a a A+
