Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal Linoleum Laminate Flooring is produced of natural linoleum on water-proof HDF with a cork backing for a warm, comfortable, quiet flooring solution. Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal is made primarily from renewable resources, including linseed oil, pine rosin, and wood floor. These natural ingredients provide Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal with naturally occurring antistatic and antimicrobial properties that repel dust and dirt, making it easy to clean and reducing exposure to allergens while inhibiting the breeding of harmful organisms. These benefits, combined with Marmoleum’s uniquely beautiful patterns, create a healthy and inviting home environment that is durable and easy to maintain. Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal fits into place using a secure Valinge 5G locking system for a glue-free installation. It can be combined with other Cinch Loc colors for custom interior designs. Samples for this product are a 3 in. x 3 in. piece of Marmoleum. The sample does not contain the cork backing.

I had Marmoleum in two bathrooms in a prior home and loved it. It feels great on the feet, is easy to care for, and looks wonderful. This is my first experience with Marmoleum click and installing it myself. It was easy to install after watching their video on YouTube. The “This Old House” installation video is even better; I would recommend watching both to get the whole picture. I used a jigsaw with a 20 TPI blade to cut the flooring and it did fine. Honestly, the worst part was removing the cheap, glued-on sheet vinyl I had before. I used the “Gray” color and installed it in my laundry room. I used the Floor Muffler Ultraseal Underlayment. Highly recommend Marmoleum Click.

This is great flooring! Beats the $15 per sf sheet marmoleum installed. Easy DIY and looks fantastic. Great for my kitchen and bathroom – beats laying a tile floor – and I love doing tile. The color is beautiful, it’s warm and comfortable to walk on – consider it instead of where you would traditionally put tile.

You won’t find a better deal on this flooring. First of all, it is so thick it will not require an underlayment or vapor barrier because the cork backing acts as both. Second, the color is very vibrant. This flooring at this price (4.70 sq. ft. at the time I purchased plank) is well worth the price. The snap together makes it easy to install. However, you will not be able to cut it with a utility knife. It is solid. I ordered Adriatica for the ocean feel for my beach-themed bathroom. I love it.
