It arrived in 3 boxes; one came 3 days later than the others, but they sent an email letting us know this would happen.Assembly was a chore, and the written instructions are cryptic at best (confession: didn’t watch the video).Also some of the barrel nuts had been thrown looselyin the box, separate from the sealed parts bag; we didn’t find them till we were breaking down the boxes.However, despite these issues, once assembled, we really like the bed; good quality materials, folding from bed to couch works very well, and the bed is quite comfortable with an 8″ mattress.

So far, so good.However, haven’t been able to enjoy it.Mix up with sending the mattress I ordered to go with it.The Wayfair people were very helpful in straightening that out, though.I appreciated their help.
